Last week 10 was fun I ran total 37km this week which for some might look like one day run and for others it would spread into 1 month
I have to be honest, one thing slowing my improvement is REST. We need rest because during the rest phase, our bodies adapt to the physical stresses we have placed upon them. Without rest we risk over-training syndrome, injury, and even a burn out.
Rest plays significant role but must say its not easy to schedule it and stick to the plan.
I plan earlier bed times, rest days, daily routines to not tire myself but must admit it does not work most of the times. I still wake up tired and drag myself out of bed each morning. I am trying to make my running schedule fit around my life rather other way around.
I guess I need to plan better!
