Lukas’ week 13 of training

Howdy y’all!😉 How’s the summer treating you? It’s so good when it’s warm and we all can absorb vitamin D naturally! By the way vitamin D is very important for better MS management that’s why I’m spending more and more time by the sea. 

From last week I decided to take it a bit easier on myself with only 2 long runs per week (instead of 3) as I have noticed that I am not recovering properly. We’ll see how it goes but for now I’m quite happy with 20-25kms per week, I have more time between my runs to recover and get on with my work and other projects.
