Elena’s week 16 of training

Week 16- I know well that ‘almost’ does not count but i almost reached my personal best for 10k last week. I guess if I chose a better distance with less inclination I could have done my PB. Oh well, next time! More training on the way! 💪
Last week I put a plan in place for a running event in Lithuania. Its called ‘Today I Run MS’ and it is dedicated to Lukas Petrenka and others living with MS. Event will take place 1st of August in Birstonas resort and is free of charge for everyone. We only ask to donate to our fundraisers, 100% of collected money will go straight to MS Society UK
The event will include 5000m run and a fun run with a Pro.
I understand that majority of my friends here are from abroad and wont be able to support us by being/running with us here but…if you live outside Lithuania and would like to support us for this great cause here is something what you can do to get involved –
🔸on the 1st of August run or walk 5k
🔸Take a photo of yourself or your distance whichever you feel more comfortable with
🔸Post it on social media IG or FB
🔸Tag myself or Lukas (or both)
🔸 Add a hashtag #todayIrunMS
🔸 Donate whatever amount you can to our fundraisers which can be found in our IG profiles or www.werunms.com
It can be 2£, 5£, 10£ or whatever you feel like. Every donation counts! 🙏
