MS Awareness Week

To complete MS Awareness week I did half marathon today! The longest run since the marathon in October last year. And it felt really good! I am constantly running 2-3 times per week on my own pace now since January so I felt pretty confident about it. 
Also I found myself a new thing to do while running – I listen to audiobooks. Something I couldn’t do last year for some reason. 
@jesseitzler book Living with a Seal definitely gave me a good boost and inspiration. If these guys can do it so can you mentality is something I am looking for and it helps me do what I do, so big thanks!
